1. What Available Now is

Available Now is a marketplace connecting people who are available to start work within 30 days ("seekers") with employers hiring within the same window. We don't recruit on your behalf and we don't guarantee a job, a hire, or a particular outcome.

2. Seeker subscription — £2 per week

Seeker profiles are visible to employers for £2 per week (the "Subscription"). The Subscription runs continuously while your profile is set to Available. The following rules apply:

• You only pay while visible. If your profile is hidden, the Subscription is paused and you are not charged.
• Weekly check-in. Each week we email you to confirm you're still available. Click "I'm still available" to stay visible, or "Not available this week" to hide your profile and pause your Subscription automatically.
• No check-in = amber, then hidden. If you don't check in within 14 days your freshness indicator turns amber so employers know. After 30 days without confirmation you may be hidden automatically until you log back in.
• Reactivating. When you log back in and mark yourself Available, the Subscription resumes from that date. You are never charged retroactively for periods you were hidden.
• Cancel anytime. You can hide your profile or delete your account at any time from your dashboard. There are no minimum terms and no exit fees.
• Refunds. Because the Subscription is billed weekly in small amounts and you can pause it any time, we don't offer refunds for partially-used weeks. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us and we'll put it right.

3. Employers

Employers may search and contact available seekers for genuine hiring purposes only. You agree not to use Available Now to send unsolicited marketing, recruit on behalf of third parties without disclosure, or harvest contact details.

4. Acceptable use

You must keep your information accurate, respect other users, and not attempt to circumvent any verification or anti-spam measures. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

5. Liability

Available Now is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties and our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the previous three months.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes (especially to the Subscription) will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
