What does 'available within 30 days' mean?+
Every job seeker sets their earliest start date when they sign up — and it must be within 30 days. Employers only see seekers whose start date falls inside that window.
How does the weekly verification work?+
Every 7 days the job seeker receives an email and in-app prompt: 'Are you still available?'. One click keeps their profile live. If they don't respond, their profile is hidden until they confirm again.
Is Available Now UK-only?+
We launched in the UK first. International expansion is on the roadmap.
How are introductions made?+
When an employer clicks 'Request Contact', both parties receive an email with each other's details so they can take the conversation forward directly.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes — cancel anytime from your dashboard. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Do you charge agency fees?+
No. We're a flat subscription. No success fees, no commissions.
